Brian Scrivens, property manager, joined the Mark Andersen & Associates team in 1987.  Since then he has strived to build the management clientel and provide the service those clients have come to expect.  He has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 24 years, and has also earned the CRS designation.  He has extensive experience in property ownership, maintenance, and management.  He also has a great deal of experience with buying, selling, and exchanging investment property.  This extensive experience allows Brian to give professional advice to our clients in the many facets of the real estate investment industry.


Roxanne Flores, joined the company in 1994, and she is a critical member of the team.  She has had several years experience in the banking world.  Her accounting experience makes her one-of-a-kind in this industry.  She has mastered the Yardi Property Management Software, and is able to accurately interpret all the reports produced.
Roxanne works daily with the computer system to maintain all records.  She is responsible for all the accounting, and manages all cash flow that passes through our office.
