Debbie Andersen, heads the property management division, and has worked continuously for over 20 years for it’s success. Debbie oversees all aspects of the property management service we provide, including maintenance, client relations and tenant screening. Debbie spends a great deal of time on client relations, and prides herself on the personal touch she provides. She is willing to spend any amount of time with each individual owner helping them solve problems or answering questions. It is important to her to provide that personal service that our clients have come to expect. Debbie has also made a consistent effort to participate in professional associations and has earned the designation CRM. She’s the one that drives the truck!
Brian ScrivensRoxanne Flores, joined the company in 1994, and she is a critical member of the team. She has had several years experience in the banking world. Her accounting experience makes her one-of-a-kind in this industry. She has mastered the Yardi Property Management Software, and is able to accurately interpret all the reports produced.
Roxanne works daily with the computer system to maintain all records. She is responsible for all the accounting, and manages all cash flow that passes through our office.
Roxanne has been, and continues to be, highly successful in keeping our clients happy and well served, the “Mark Andersen and Associates” way!
